Refund Policy
If there is a manufacturing defect in the requested product, the customer must send it to the offices of MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. located at Calle 6, number 503, Colonia Montebello, in the city of Mérida, Yucatán, to process the return. No Refund Guarantee.
There will be no refund for digital products, consulting services, or physical products that do not specify a limited-time refund period.
None of the programs, courses, workshops, or trainings issued and delivered by MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. come with a refund guarantee, and for this reason, MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V. will not provide refunds for payments made for any product or service acquired that requires an advance or full payment, and if the customer decides to cancel their purchase or not attend the course or service. Therefore, the student is not entitled to any refund guarantee unless such guarantee has been mentioned otherwise, for a specific program, and in writing in the promotional materials of said program, which would be considered an exception to MAS ACADEMY S.A.P.I. de C.V.’s no-refund policy.
